How do I submit an application?
Applications to the Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Applications submitted outside of ERAS will not be considered. To ensure a thorough review, applicants should submit a complete application, including all required supporting documents.
What facilities are available to residents?
Residents have access to a variety of resources designed to support both education and wellness, including:

- 24/7 access to a comprehensive electronic medical library
- Complimentary parking at all training sites
- Access to online educational platforms, radiology textbooks and medical journals
What is the call schedule?
Residents assume graduated responsibility throughout training.
PGY-2 residents begin with supervised evening and weekend call, working closely with 3 faculty to develop confidence and decision-making skills in a supported learning environment.
Independent overnight call (night float) begins during the PGY-3 year. Residents function with increasing autonomy while maintaining immediate access to teleradiology support for complex cases.
Call responsibilities vary by training level and are structured to balance clinical experience, resident wellness, and preparation for board examinations. A meal allowance is provided to all residents and typically covers the cost of most lunches and dinners while on service.
Are there international medical school graduates in the program?
Yes. International medical school graduates participate in the program. MCMC sponsors both H-1B and J-1 visas.
